My name is Ranae Stewart and I’m the Broker/Owner of Northwest Florida Investments, Inc. d/b/a/ Exit Realty N.F.I., a 100 percent Certified Woman-Owned Business, WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council), WOSB (Woman Owned Small Business).

I am a committed Real Estate Professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in all aspects of leadership and management of several real estate divisions. Currently I’m involved in the day to day management of a large real estate company, Exit Realty N.F.I., that has over 70 agents and 19 employees. My focus has been on listing REOs since 2010, when I obtained my first HUD Contract. Personally, I’ve listed and sold over 3700 REO properties, 1300 of which were HUD properties, in just the last seven years. We have a large team that is experienced and excels with the operations of servicing and selling HUD properties, and our average Days on Market (DOM) is only 56. We have a branch office in Pace, FL that was built in 1985 located in and purchased our Pensacola, FL corporate office in 2000 located in, a 13,000 sq. ft. building that was previously a bank, complete with vault.  

Northwest Florida Investments, Inc. has a large commercial real estate division with over 400 listings, a property management company that handles over 350 rental properties and a HOA department that manages over 2300 homes. Additionally, I own and operate an in-house title company, Citizens Title Group.

My real estate career began in 1983 and I started my company, Northwest Florida Investments, Inc., in 1985, a short two years after getting my real estate license. My career blossomed when I purchased four real estate franchises from Exit Realty in 2000. In 2002, I purchased the entire region of Georgia and was the regional owner of Exit Georgia for over 10 years.
